Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco ISRG2 platform may occasionally stops switching packets on crypto enabled interfaces when an ISM VPN module is installed and recovers on router reload. The interface remains UP, however it may not respond to pings/telnet.

Conditions:
An ISM VPN module has to be installed on the router and enabled.
