Description (partial) 

Symptom:
PCD should enable to support post Texoma release such as 10.5.0. 

Since AFG has a version check and we don't support 10.5.0 yet, we failed in AFG when trying to run a migration task with CUCM cc_mainline build such as 10.5.0.98000-43. It would be good if we would allow PCD (at least in ucmap cc_mainline) to be able to support 10.5.0.

Conditions:
Run a task such as migration on PCD by using CUCM 10.5.0 version.
