Description (partial)

Symptom:
MAC address flapping logs seen on switch when IPv6 is enabled on transparent firewall. 

Enable mac-address-table notification mac-move, logs show MAC address of ASA flapping - %MAC_MOVE-SP-4-NOTIF: Host 0017.0f17.af80 in vlan 36 is flapping between port Gi6/2 and port Po20.

Conditions:
ASA running 8.4.6 in Multiple Context Mode
Also seen on ASA running 8.4.7.3
Transparent firewall
Port-channels and IPv6 Enabled on BVI
