Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber will talk with Webex DMS server directly when using proxy

Conditions:
Step to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings -> Wi-Fi, set up a valid HTTP Proxy (64.104.170.34)
2. Capture the packets from Jabber iPhone and login Jabber
3. Do some IM&P test and contact search test

Expect result:
All packet to WebEx Cloud should through proxy

Actual result:
The packets to DMS server didn't through proxy, and talk with DMS server directly even with proxy configured.
