Description (partial)

Symptom:
Controller card goes for reboot after multiple payload provision/unprovision on TXP-10G of 10x10G-LC Card.

Conditions:
1) Provision 10x10G-LC Card.
2) Provision TXP-10G operating Mode on all the SFP+ pluggables.
3) Provision IB-5G ports on all odd ports.
4) Provision OTU2e port on all even ports.
5) Unprovision  all IB-5G ports.
6) On Subsequent Provisioning/ Unprovisioning multiple operations , controller card goes for reset.
