Conditions:
Setup:
Log in Cisco Jabber iPhone 9.6 call  + voice mail services

Steps:
1 Verify call and voice mail services are connected
2 Put our app to background>wait for over 1 minuets
3 Put our app back to foreground

Result:
Voice mail service show connecting
