Symptom: For both CCE and CCX Finesse: Phonebook updates are not shown on Agent desktop after A Cisco DB is restarted. Here are the detailed steps: Restart A Cisco DB on Finesse25 (stop it and then start it right after); After A Cisco DB is back in Service, go to Finesse admin (cfadmin); Add or Delete Phonebooks with contact in them; After the Add/Delete successfully done on Admin, login an agent; Problem: The Phonebook changes are not shown on Agent desktop at all. Conditions: The problems happens when Phonebook is updated after A Cisco DB restart.
