Symptom: Customer has smtp notification setup to notify every 5 minutes on new voicemails. If they only have SMTP enabled, it works fine. If they add cell and pager it only sends out 1 or 2 notifications via SMTP and stops. Conditions: CUC 8.6.2 ES93 Multiple notification devices setup for a user including SMTP.
