Description (partial)

Symptom:
User had an incoming call on a shared line.  Accidentally hung that call up from another device on the shared line.  When the subsequent call came and was answered on the other device, the incoming call alert was stuck on for the DX650.

Conditions:
User had a shared line, and answered the call on another device.
