Cisco Bug: CSCul20481 - Return to call banner is present in the phone app

Symptom: User noticed that the "return to call" bar was present in the system UI, even though the user was in the phone app. "return to call" should only show up when the user is not in the phone app. Conditions: In this case,user had a BT device connected to the DX650, and was on a call to another user.
