Description (partial)

An Active ASA may crash and reload citing the culprit thread as ARP Thread. This occurs without warning and in rare situations.

THis has been seen on ASA 9.1.2 code and very well may affect other builds as well. Initial diagnosis indicates there is some relation wot webvpn, so having webvpn configured is likely a requirement. Consult the release notes associated with this bug to understand what versions are fixed.
