Symptom: ISDN Link paired with SX20 but shows error "Not SIP-registered to H320 peripheral". SX20 - TCNC22.214.171.124b1616 ISDN Link - IL126.96.36.199d2f9 ISDN Link is running an encrypted software version and codec is running un-encrypted Registration was successful after changing codec to run TC Encrypted Software. This is a documentation defect. We need to update ISDN Link Documentation to include information that software encryption levels must match between codec and ISDN Link. Conditions: ISDN Link is running an encrypted software version and codec is running un-encrypted version. ISDN Link paired with SX20 but shows error "Not SIP-registered to H320 peripheral".
