Description (partial)

Latency optimization for 8GFC payload (AR-XPE, TXP-HIGH) shall be implemented in to ensure the following:
1. ISL + Trunking
2. Load Sharing
3. Throughput

Steps to Reproduce
1. Have TXP-High  with 8GFC payload
2. Ensure that the interop with Brocade is working for single/Dual ISL + Trunking
3. Ensue that the ISL is persistent with client & trunk fault simulation & Restore
4. Ensure that no impact is seen on the throughput with LD=>30 KM

Expected Behavior
No issues shall be seen while performing the above steps
