Description (partial)

Symptom:
After running Mobility Service Engine (MSE) with this condition for an extended period of time, process identifiers (PID) can get used up in the system and lead to system becoming inaccessible (via SSD) or very slow.

Defunct processes will be seen MSE. The processes can be verified by running the command "ps aux | grep curl". This should show a listing of 1 or more 'curl' processes marked <defunct>

Conditions:
This is seen on MSEs running WIPS service.
