Symptom:
High CPU Utilization due to L2 LOOP in the ISR-G2 MGF SW and EHWIC SW module.
Also 890 Series also see the issue.

The L2 LOOP appears to be triggered by IPv6 multicast destined packets such as NS, MLD query, etc.

Conditions:
Loop happens when IPv6 multicast traffic is received.
