Symptom:
This is a document defect that is submitted to track the need for a document which covers Transporter tuning to improve Transporter performance.

For example: 

- How long is it expected to take to transport 1 job, 10 jobs, 100 jobs, 1000 jobs?
- How is the time distributed amongst the various phases of the Transport operation (i.e. the read phase, the transport phase etc)?
- What are the factors which will impact Transporter performance (i.e. memory requirements, number of jobs in source/destination envrionments, number of users in a workgroup associated to job being transported etc).
