Symptom: Phone app crashed when trying to activate a stale call bubble. Conditions: User was talking to someone when the call went into preservation mode from remote end ( remote user had lost VPN connection ). User answered another incoming call, remote end of the second call placed him on hold, and when he tried to activate the stale call bubble, phone app crashed.
