Description (partial)

Symptom:
User answers an incoming call on his primary line at the same time that he gets an incoming call dialog.

Conditions:
User has their mobile configured for SNR, and has their mobile connected to DX650 via Fuji.  Call comes in, and the user answers on the primary line at the same time the incoming call dialog is presented for the mobile line.
