Missing menu items when double click on contact (maximized window)

1. maximize Jabber window 
2. right click on contact - correct menu items shown more right click - menu items list changes

also in similar scenario happen that menu items could be moved across, for example, contact to group and vica versa 
steps for reproducing this: 
1. maximize Jabber 
2. right click on group - correct menu items present 
3. double right click on contact  
3. go back to group and right click on it - result - same menu items present as those for contact right click 
This is not changed even if Jabber window is minimized
