Description (partial)

Symptom:
Client is using PEAP - the EAP handshake fails when the vWLC needs to send the server cert.

Conditions:
Using a vWLC and an EAP method that requires certificates.  The path MTU between the vWLC and the AP is 1200 bytes or less.
