Description (partial)

Symptom:
Calling updateServerCertificate results in certificate with username and instanceid as null.
Also when creating provider, the instance id is set as null, resulting in an extra server certificate with wrong naming pattern.

Conditions:
updateServerCertificate(java.lang.String userName, java.lang.String instanceID, java.lang.String ccmTFTPAddress, java.lang.String ccmTFTPPort, java.lang.String ccmCAPFAddress, java.lang.String ccmCAPFPort, java.lang.String certificatePath, java.lang.String certStorePassphrase) is called to update Server certificate.

For the second issue:customer doesnot use setSecurityPropertiesForInstance() to update certificates and instead provides details through provider string.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
