Description (partial)

When an external contact is created on the operator console, you must specify at least a single contact number. However, if you specify just the Pager number you are presented with the error: ADD AT LEAST ONE CONTACT EXTENSION. The Pager field is a Contact Number thus should be allowed to be selected as the only contact number for a given external contact.

For manually created "EXTERNAL" contact on the operator console, whenever we try to add a primary number as only the Pager number the error is presented. You are able to use any other contact number field without error.
