Description (partial)

Symptom:
when the email address is within EIM, if going into the Exception queue to retrieve the email to resend, the attachments of the Original email are blank. And all have the same name and extension of: Original.txt The team needs the orginal email so they can resend to the customer.

This happens to emails which are bounced back and moved to exception queue.

Steps to reproduce
There are couple of email which are bounced back from SMTP  and sent in to email alias configured in CIM which is then retrieved by CIM and processed and moved to exception queue. 

(email is moved to exception queue as the subject contains "Delivery Final Failure Notice"). 

These email have blank attachments!

Conditions:
There are couple of email which are bounced back from SMTP  and sent in to email alias configured in CIM which is then retrieved by CIM and processed and moved to exception queue.
