Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 superframes packet counts is not same as demultiplexed packet counts. 
When we send UDP packets, it is muxed into superframes and at receiving side only last superframe is muxed rest all superframes are dropped.

Conditions:
The above mentioned behaviour is seen only when crypto is configured on interfaces. Both in mux and demux interfaces.
