Description (partial)

Symptom:
Job deletion removes child objects and marks jobs as dirty. Would like it to mark these child objects as dirty for recovery if needed as well. Also would like capability to restore deleted jobs and child objects associated with the jobs within the client UI at an admin level.

Conditions:
Deleting a job, removes child components immediately and you can recover the jobs but these other components cannot be easily recovered. No ability to easily recover a deleted job. Lose child objects associated with job such as resource and dependencies.
