Description (partial)

Symptom:
The migration email sent from the License Count Utility to the Cisco licensing office contains English instructions regardless of whether the LCU user has selected another language as their default. The user may not be able to read the instructions.

Conditions:
The end-user is completing the License Count Utility process and has set their default language to something other than English.
