Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Cisco TelePresence Systems (CTS) in a secure call will not hear audio participants after the SIP Session Refresh timer. Conditions: This issue is present in the following circumstances: 1) Secured CTS audio only call to an IP Phone 2) Secured CTS to CTS call with an audio add-in participant.
