Last Modified

  • Cisco Digital Content Manager (DCM) Software

Known Affected Releases

all versions

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In extremely rare situations, there is a possibility that one PID on the input of a DCM card is not detected. Depending on the type of PID this can have different consequences.
E.g.: The bitrate of the input PID is not shown. If the input PID is a PMT, the elementary streams are not present. If the service that contains this not detected PID is passed to the output, the PID will not be present at the output.

Conditions:
On a long time setup where there have been a lot of input changes over time (e.g. new components, new TSs) this can possibly happen.
