Description (partial)

QAM WUI:Proper message for reset of multiple unpingable QAMs.

Issue recreation steps:
1. Disconnect the ethernet cable of multiple QAMs.
2. Goto EC>Network Element Provisioning>QAM
3. In By Field, select "All'
4.Click [Show]
5.All the available QAMs will get listed.
6. Select all the unpingable QAMs from the list.
7. Click [Reset] button.
8. Observe the toaster that appears at the bottom right corner.

Toaster "An RPC error has occurred <QAMName>.An RPC error has occurred<QAMName>.An RPC error has occured<QAMName>..." Please find the attached snapshot for reference.

Reset QAM Operation failed for multiple entries. See <Logname> for more info"
