Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Able to save Netcrypt with duplicate MAC Address. This only happens with the first Netcrypt defined in the system Conditions: Steps: 1.Goto EC->Network Element Provisioning->Netcrypt. 2. Be sure that you only have 1 Netcrypt defined in the system (It only happens with the first NC defined in the system) 3.Click on Add button. Enter all the required parameters. In the MAC address field enter MAC address of an already provisioned Netcrypt. 4.Click on Save button. Expected: 'Netcrypt with MAC address <enetered-MAC> already exists' msg should pop up. Actual: Netcrypt is getting saved successfully. Note: However when the newly added Netcrypt is edited and saved w/o making any changes, the pop-up msg appears.
