Description (partial)
Symptom: phone service not automatically reconnect to Unified Communication Manager until users manually tap reconnect button in settings Conditions: Steps: 1- Sign in WebEx and UCM account 2- Switch to 3G without VPN to make phone service disconnect from UCM -> put Jabber into background - wait for 30 minutes 3- Return to the corp WiFi coverage area -> bring Jabber back to foreground -> wait for 2 hours Result: Phone service remains in disconnected status
