Description (partial)

No error msg for IM server after network recover but reconnect failed

Step to Reproduce:
1.Log in Jabber successfully
2.Lost network and Jabber can't connected to IM Server
3.Network recover and Jabber try to reconnect
4.Reconnect failed

Expect Result:
Reconnect successfully

Actual Result:
No error message for IM not acked/sent after resume failed
