Description (partial)

Symptom:
recording tag not correct for consult call, transfer not completed

Conditions:
Setup:
two teams default( having agent sss22) 
and team1 (having agent sss1). 
for default team only, recording work flow is enable
call manager version : 10.0.0.97025-10

steps: 
1. caller 2002 caleld icd application at route point 16000 (using csq1)
2. sss22 gets call and answers.Recording staretd and  tagging is correct:  sss22 ,default, csq1
3. sss22 started consult to route point 160001 (usingcsq2)
4. agent sss1 anwers.no new recordinging started .
5. sss22 End consult call and retrive the Orig icd call

6. now at step 6, the recording started again but the tag has CSQ as 
"CCX:agent=sss22,team=Default,CSQ=csq2"


it should have CSQ=csq1
