Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrade of UCSM to 2.2(2) the FI's are reporting critical errors

Code: F1000679
Affected object:  sys/switch-A/ethlanflowmon, sys/switch-B/ethlanflowmon
Cause:  fsm-failed
Description:
[FSM:FAILED]: Ethernet traffic flow monitoring configuration on A(FSM:sam:dme:SwEthLanFlowMonDeploy)
[FSM:FAILED]: Ethernet traffic flow monitoring configuration on B(FSM:sam:dme:SwEthLanFlowMonDeploy)

Conditions:
This is not service impacting, it is due to a the fact the new UCSM software is looking for a new software feature on the FI's although since they have not been upgraded yet the error will appear.
