Symptom:
Missing warning message enabling Logo Domain

Conditions:
Have a node with Rel < 10.00.
After the upgrade to Rel 10.00 all the new parameters in GMPLS/WSON Fiber Attributes panel are N/A.
If the user want to enable the Logo Domain, a warning message must be generate to state to configure the mandatory parameters PMD, Attenuator In/Out, Span Validation, Channel Spacing and Channel Number.
