Description (partial)
Symptom: The Presence Engine service produces a core dump and restarts. The system recovers automatically after the service restart. Conditions: Seen on multiple deployments but difficult to reproduce. One scenario was when administrator appeared to have been in the process of disabling calendaring for a user at the time. Another scenario appeared to be when a user was removed from Active Directory and consequently automatically removed from the CallManager database at a later time, after the next scheduled LDAP sync has ran followed by the next two scheduled runs of the CallManager database maintenance thread which runs nightly at 3:15am.
