Description (partial)
Symptom: An Agent using READ+CAD agent desktop software for Remote Expert deployment, has to logon to the CAD desktop when they login to make calls but they have to re-enter the same DN info when they browsing to the Click To Call Web Page from within their agent desktop software. Conditions: Remote Expert deployment using READ+CAD and using Click To Call Feature
