Description (partial)

Symptom:
Dial Via Office call failed if enabled both security phone and Dial Via Office features on Unified Communication Manager.

Conditions:
Setup:
1.Unified Communication Manager>select security profile in Device Security Profile
2.Unified Communication Manager>set device Authentication Mode to authentication string mode
3.Unified Communication Manager>enabled Dial via office

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Jabber sign in and connected to phone services
2.Settings>Calling options>select Mobile Voice Network and associated with Dial Via Office callback number
3.Dial a Dial Via Office call

RESULT
Call back dialog shows but hear busy tone>dialog disappear and Dial Via Office call failed

EXPECTED RESULT
Dial Via Office call should not failed
