Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Sometimes traffic hit observed on sonet client when mixed with GigE client(s) on ARXPE card.

Conditions:
Configure MXP-MR-HIGH operating mode 
Create circuits for sonet and Gigabit Ethernet clients.
Have traffic on all the client ports.
Have a ppm offset of +/-50ppm on the sonet client
Delete and re-create gigabit Ethernet client circuit multiple times.
