Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer is unable to set the universal device template owner ID to the current owner setting. Please see the video to get further details.

Conditions:
Add a new or update an existing Unversal Device Template (UDT) by specifying the Owner radio button and Selecting a Owner User ID.

After a successful save, leave the configuration page, return to the updated UDT. Notice that the saved Owner User ID is not what is expected and the Anonymous radio button is selected.
