Known Affected Releases

5.3.1 6.0.3 6.1.0

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Dependency loops are detected for logical loops that are broken with a day offset.

Conditions:
Seen in 5.3.1.406, 6.1.0.385

Recreate:
1.) Create a job, sleep 5 seconds
2.) save job
3.) Add a dependency for the same job, but give it a day offset of 1. This means that the job would be dependent on yesterday's job completing before it can run.
4.) Hit OK
5.) A dependency loop is detected and the dependency cannot be saved.

While this would be a loop if the day offset was not there (job dep on itself), with the day offset, it's not a loop.
