Description (partial)

Symptom:
Collections contain duplicate values.

Conditions:
1. User creates a Value List of Collections
2. Create a Collection of Type Values
3. Select Agents that have the Same Enterprise ID but different Agent ID - 1 agent will be in the Deleted Objects.
4. Update the Collection.

The values that have the same Enterprise ID's will duplicate every time you update the Collection.

For Example if you have the following agents: testuser (1234) and testuser(5678) in you collection.
You update the collection with another agent testuser2 (3456).

The values in your collection will be:
testuser (1234)
testuser (5678)
testuser (1234)
testuser (5678)
testuser2 (3456)
