Description (partial)
Symptom: BAT - Import Location configuration stuck after 49 entries causing high CPU due to bps process. Conditions: Here are the steps used and the issue seen: 1. Upload the locations.tar file to the CUCM for Import 2. Schedule a job to use the locations.tar for location import (Import Locations.tar Configuration) 3. Start the job - The Job will be in Processing state for many hours / days, after that it will change to incomplete. 4. The process is always stuck after executing 49 entries from the .tar file. - During this time BPS process cause CPU spiking upto 99%. Also, - Number of Records Processed for the location#....txt looks good - Number of Records Processed/Failed is Zero and stays Zero. Job Result Status - Success. The process is always stuck after executing 49 entries. CUCM Version is 9.1.2.10000-28
