Description (partial)

Jabber can't receive incoming call when putting into the background for 15 minutes

1- Install Jabber and register Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence & Unified Communication Manager & Voice mail account 
2- Switch corp WiFi to public WiFi and launch Cisco Anyconnect 
3- Verify all services reconnected 
4- Put Jabber into the background and lock iPad -> wait for 15 minutes 
5- Receive an incoming call
