Symptom: This is a document defect to improve the CUPM documentation. For example in this document: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/prime/unified_provisioning_manager/8.7/user/guide/infrstct.html#wp1041688 1. Service Area matching for Remote Destination Profile is based on the Device Pool and Calling Search Space of the Remote Destination Profile. - this statement should make it clear that the Calling Search Space here is on device level, not line level. Customer may be confused about exactly which one is to be matched against. 2. Enable Mobility Support, Enable Softphone Support, User Services are just settings on user. So domain sync does not look for any matching property (as there is none to match )& it will simply assign the above services to the first matching service area in the domain that has the same Call Processor associated to which the user belongs to. - this needs to be stated in the document as there is nothing to mention how those are matched. Conditions: When CUPM does 'Domain Sync' with CUCM.
