Description (partial)

Symptom:
web-engine coredump happened.

Conditions:
1. Web-engine received an IMS revalidation request from the downstream-device, due to some reason(content expires, must revalidation enabled, content not completed, etc.), it passed the revalidation request to up-stream device, up-stream device responded 304 Not Modified
2. Web-engine passed the 304 response to down-stream device and the transaction completed, but due to there are more than 2,000 active DataSource on current worker thread, the DataSource was deleted immediately and was not put on the eviction list which caches the DataSource for a while in case the content is requested again immediately. However some logic after this still tried to access this deleted DataSource, this caused a coredump.
