Description (partial)

Symptom:
The IPS Hardware Regex Card may exhaust its resources (see example errors below), but no statistics exist to show out of memory or other resources.

   sensorApp[<PID>] sensorApp/E DMABuf (rgxMalloc) failed!
   sensorApp[<PID>] sensorApp/E allocResultsBuffer (rgxMalloc) failed!
   sensorApp[<PID>] sensorApp/E Queue out of sequence.

   libcppuser[<PID>]: WARNING cpp_user_lib_linux.c:cppuBaseMalloc:445: Failed to allocate 8192 bytes in KVM shared memory

Conditions:
If a new string related signature is written with a regex that causes performance-related issues with the Hardware Regex Card, there are no stats to indicate potential problems.
