Description (partial)

Symptom:
While creating a Client Throughput report template on Prime Infrastructure 1.3.0.20, , a JDBC exception is encountered and the report not saved.

The error message:

Failed to run report: JDBC exception on Hibernate data access: SQLException for SQL [insert into ReportSettings (instance_version, titleName, settingName, reportName, isVisible, selectedColumns, hiddenColumns, reportAggregatorType, sortOrder, sortDirection, username, reportView, ignoreReport, assignedVDomainId, AuthEntityId, AuthEntityClass, CLASSNAME, id) values (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, 'SimpleReportSettings', ?)]; SQL state [72000]; error code [12899]; Could not execute JDBC batch update; nested exception is org.hibernate.QueryTimeoutException: Could not execute JDBC batch update
