Description (partial)

Symptom:
No avatar and name for new added native contact in recents

Conditions:
Jabber isn't able to detect the new added native contact after sign in 

Steps:
1- Sign in WebEx, UCM account
2- Make out a call to a native phone contact with avatar and name 
3- Open recents view -> display correct name and avatar for the native phone contact 
4- Add a new contact to the native phone contacts  with avatar, name and phone number 
5- Make out a call to the new added contact -> hang up -> open recents view

Results:
- Just display phone number in recents 
- No avatar and name in recents
