Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber isn't able to register phone service when Dial via Office feature is enabled on Cisco Unified Communication Manager

Conditions:
Steps:
1- DVO feature is not enabled for your TCT account on UCM 9.1.2.11009-1
2- Install Jabber 9.6
3- Register CUP, UCM and VM accounts -> all services connected 
4- Enable DVO feature -> save and apply  

Result:
Jabber 9.6 failed to get device configuration
